SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for your order. All of our products are custom printed on demand and shipped directly to you.
Processing & Production Time Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Production time is separate from shipping time and begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic (United States): $6.99 — estimated delivery 5-8 business days after production
- International: $16.99 — estimated delivery 7-14 business days after production
Total estimated delivery time is production time plus shipping time. For example, a US order may take up to 13 business days from the date of purchase to arrive.
Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to certain countries due to legal or carrier restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout it is not currently supported.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at shop@indyfontaine.com with your order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
