RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All of our products are custom printed on demand. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a resolution, please email us at shop@indyfontaine.com with your order number and a photo clearly showing the issue. We will evaluate the claim and make it right at no cost to you.
The following qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Damage to the delivered product
- Errors in the quantity of items delivered
- Quality issues with the printed product
The following do not qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Damage caused by customer misuse or improper care
- Issues caused by content or designs provided by the customer
Non-Returnable Items Because all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns on any items including sale items and gift cards.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right please contact us at shop@indyfontaine.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds If your claim is approved, a replacement order will be issued or a refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your claim was approved, please contact us at shop@indyfontaine.com.
